Repairs
Maintenance Agreement
Our maintenance agreement provides you with a repair service for structural defects of the goods not related to normal wear and tear or usage. We offer this repair service at no charge up to the cost of the original purchase price for the first 12 months from the purchase date. All repairs are conducted by Cloud9safetybed and Warranty Logistics Management approved repair agents. If we determine that your product cannot be repaired or is uneconomical to repair, we will replace it with the same product.
Please note that repairs caused by misuse or neglect are not covered under your warranty. Failure to carry out reasonable care will terminate your warranty.
Your warranty also does not cover incorrect or faulty installation, normal aging or wear and tear (including mattress settlement), loss or damage to accessories, noises caused by product use, damage caused by foreign objects or substances not normally associated with the product, repairs carried out by unauthorized persons, routine maintenance (including inspection), cleaning, realignment, modification, installation, or transit.

Please be aware that any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product, or any loss other than the repair and/or replacement cost of the product, is not covered under the warranty. Additionally, the expense of a service call when no fault is found with the product is not covered.
