12 Months Manufacturing Warranty

To activate your Cloud9 Safe Bed warranty, locate the provided warranty form inside the Cloud9 suitcase, complete it, and email it to Register@cloud9safebed.co.uk. Failure to do so will result in your Safe Bed not being covered under our 12-month manufacturing warranty. Please note that this agreement applies solely to Cloud9 Safe Bed.

Extendable warranty

Extendable warranty available to purchase upon request at the time of purchase.
The cost of this maintenance agreement is refundable if you notify us of cancellation within 30 days of purchase and delivery date.

Fabric and Aluminium base are covered under our 12 month manufacturing warranty.
Air and Memory foam Mattresses, pumps and suitcases are not covered under any of our warranties.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended.
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence or accidents
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damages incurred during transportation
  • Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance
  • Any used, previously displayed item

The services provided under this agreement are limited to products purchased and used in the UK, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and each party hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. This agreement is non-transferable.

In the event that payment or replacement is made due to the product being deemed uneconomical or impossible to repair, the maintenance agreement will cease, and we retain the right to take possession and dispose of the product. We will not be held responsible for any failure to carry out our obligations under this maintenance agreement if it is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please note that all provisions under this maintenance agreement will be forfeited if a fraudulent claim is made. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a copy of your original One Year Guarantee Maintenance Agreement leaflet.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your SAFE BED. If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return Cloud 9 Safe Bed within 30 days of receipt, provided that the Safe Bed is unused and in original condition.
